Poster presentation

You are welcome to freely design your poster to the dimension: A0, Portrait.

Setting up/taking down: Each poster has been given a number in the conference programme. On the day of your poster session, you can hang your poster on the poster board allocated to you (identified by a number tag). You can put it up any time before the poster session and leave it there for the whole day. Please take down your poster at the end of the day or the end of your poster session. 

Talk presentation

Talks will be 12 minutes long, followed by a 3 minutes discussion (total of 15min).

Setting up: Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session in which your talk is scheduled, in order to set up your presentation on the computer. 

We accept talks in Powerpoint, Keynote or pdf format. We recommend that you bring your presentation on a USB stick, to avoid delays due to connection issues. However, if you want to use your laptop, please let your session chair know as soon as possible before your session.  There will be a projector and a sound system. If you need any other medium/tools for your presentation, please get in contact with us as early as possible
